We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days from Brooklyn, NY, although times may vary slightly. Once your shipping label has been created, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final, and we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us at hello@filmpinsociety.com within 14 business days, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of the second shipment. If you'd prefer not to pay for re-shipping, we can offer a refund for the items once they are returned to us. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. While we aren’t responsible for incorrect addresses, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Once an item is handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or missing packages. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost-in-transit items. Please contact your local carrier for assistance in tracking down your package.

Yes, we do ship internationally! Please select from the available calculated shipping options at checkout. We typically ship via USPS First Class International, which can take 7-21+ business days.

Please note that international shipments sent through USPS may experience delays, and tracking is limited once the package leaves the United States. Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes (VAT) and customs duties, which are payable by the customer at the time of delivery. Film Pin Society is not responsible for these charges.
